Change Your Cancellation Policy

You can update the cancellation policy on any of your listings at any time. MiniStays lets you set custom cancellation tiers that define how much of the security deposit is refunded based on when a guest cancels.

How to Change Your Cancellation Policy

1. Go to your Host Dashboard
2. Find the listing you want to update and click Edit
3. Navigate to the cancellation policy section
4. Set your cancellation tiers — you can define up to 3 tiers, each with a number of days before check-in and a refund percentage
5. Save your changes

How Changes Affect Existing Reservations

Any changes you make to your cancellation policy will only apply to future reservations and won’t affect any pending or confirmed reservations. The cancellation policy that was in place when a reservation was made will still apply to that reservation.
